Jeremiah Walker & Samuel Varner Deed

County of Franklin Know all men by these presents that I, Jeremiah Walker, of said county for and in consideration of the sum of seventy dollars to me in hand paid by Samuel Varner of said county at or before the sealing on delivery of these presents the receipt of which I do hereby acknowledge, have bargained and sold and by these presents do grant, bargain and sell unto the said Samuel Varner, his executors, administrators, and assigns all and singular the cattle hereafter mentioned that is to say one dunn colored cow and one yearlin Heffer and three 3 year old heffers running and being at James Palmers in the county of Lawrence State aforesaid and likewise one no horned cow or heffer one color three years old running at Isaac Walkers in said county of Lawrence and one pided heffer three years old at Asa Walkers in the _________of Isaac of said County of Lce. To have and to hold and singular the said cattle above mentioned and sold to the said Samuel Varner his executors, administrators and assigns forever, And I the said Jeremiah Walker for myself, my excts, administrators all and singular -all and singular the said cattle or heads the said Samuel Varner his exec, adm and assigns against me my exec, admin, and against all and every other _________ shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 10th day of November A.D 1823.
