I(,) THOMAS WALKER of the County of Rutherford & the State of No. Carolina at present being in a low state of health, but of perfect mind & memory, thanks be to God calling unto mind the mortality of my Body & knowing it is appointed for all men once to die, do make & ordain this my last will and Testament that is to say principally and first of all I give & recommend my soul into the hand of almighty God that gave it & my Body to be buried in a Decent Christian like manner at the discreation of my Executors, and as touching such worldly Estate as it has pleased God to bless me with in this life, I give demise & dispose of in the following manner, first I give to my well beloved Daughter URSILLA WALKER, one negro girle named Rachel & one named Hetty. I also give to my well beloved Daughter SARAH WALKER, one negro woman named Winny & her Child Nelly. I also give to my two Daughters URCILLA & SARAH all my Household furniture my money & money due to be Equally divided between at the discreation of my Executors. I also give to my son JAMES WALKER all my Lands that I now have or shall die possess,d with my implements of Husbandry also Negro girls named Lucy & one negro boy named Fredrick, I likewise constitute make and ordain Jonathan Hampton & his son Noah Hampton Executors of this my last will & Testament, and I do hereby utterly disallow revoke & disanull all and every other Testament Wills legacies, bequests and Executors by me in anywise named will'd & bequeath's ratifying and confirming this & no other to be my last will & Testament.
